Project Management
Project management is the key to success. We define your goals for the final project, understand the scope, communicate at all times, set expectations based on the market, manage any risks, and document our process to achieve 110% satisfaction on every project. F5 has built strong relationships with manufacturers to ensure the final product is delivered as ordered, not damaged, on time, and exceeds your expectations. F5 will follow the process from the time we order until they call for a delivery time. This gives you peace of mind knowing that your project will be delivered on time, as promised.
Delivery & Installation
Each of our installers has experience with a variety of products to ensure a smooth installation. We will receive your product, inspect it, stage it on site, assemble it according to manufacturer directions, and clean the area for next day move-in. After installation, we will follow up to make sure the product exceeds your expectations. This will all be done by following the furniture plan that was developed in the design phase. Should you ever need us in the future, just give us a call. We are happy to come out and assist in any way we can.
